Ordinances:

Ordinance No. DOI-019 (2024) | An Ordinance of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council establishing employment and contracting Law for the Northern Cheyenne reservation and for other purposes. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.

Resolutions:

Resolution No. DOI-136 (2024) | A Resolution of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council authorizing the modification and or adoption of certain budgets for the expenditure of available funds. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.

Resolution No. DOI-137 (2024) | A Resolution of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council authorizing the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Coard of Health to submit an application for the Tribal Opioid Response grant from the Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) NOFO No. TI-24-009. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.

Resolution No. DOI-138 (2024) | A Resolution of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council approving a Northern Cheyenne COVID study to develop data and resources on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Northern Cheyenne Tribe. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.

Resolution No. DOI-139 (2024) | A Resolution of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council appointing a member to the Northern Cheyenne-Montana Compact Board pursuant to Article V of the Northern Cheynne-Montana Compact. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.

Resolution No. DOI-140 (2024) | A Resolution of the Northern Cheyenne Tribal Council approving agreement with Great Northern Properties and Signal Peak Energy resale of off-reservation coal. Motion Carried. Passed, Adopted, and Approved July 15th, 2024.
