Propane Safety Training

Wednesday, September 4th, 2024 & Thursday, September 5th, 2024

The Department of Emergency Services (DES) organized an informative Propane Safety Training course from The National Propane Association. The classes were taught by Rocky Mountain Propane Association Director of Safety & Education Steve Cless. This two-day training session took place at the Charging Horse Casino in Lame Deer, Montana.

The two-day course aimed to enhance safety awareness, knowledge regarding propane usage, and proper emergency response to propane emergencies.

The trainings were open to all Northern Cheyenne departments, including the team from Morning Star Propane, who provided lunch for both days of the event.
